Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

You must comply with torn.com rules and policies and with applicable laws to use the Extension. The Extension is intended for players of Torn who have valid accounts.

2) License & Ownership

We grant you a personal, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to install and use the Extension for your own gameplay. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Extension remain with the owner of SGTA.

3) Account, API Keys & Privacy

The Extension may require your Torn API key and may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., FFScouter). You are responsible for the accuracy and security of any keys you use. The Extension uses these keys only to deliver features such as target discovery, war status, and faction coordination. Battle stats shared through the Extension are visible only to members of your faction using the Extension.

4) Trial, Fees & Billing

New users receive a free trial of 7 days. After the trial, continued access may require a periodic fee (currently 1 Xan/week). The method of payment/fulfillment is described in the Extension or related documentation and may change over time.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate Torn’s rules or automate actions in ways prohibited by Torn;
• reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the Extension, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Extension or related services;
• share licenses or keys or otherwise circumvent usage limits;
• use the Extension to harass, cheat, or harm other players.

6) Third‑Party Services

The Extension integrates with third‑party services such as FFScouter. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

7) Disclaimers

The Extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including non‑infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Features may depend on Torn or third‑party APIs that can change without notice.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, gameplay progress, revenues, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension.

9) Changes & Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any feature at any time. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension if you violate these Terms, Torn’s rules, or applicable laws. You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your browser.
